Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays may occur due to high volume or postal service problems outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

• Free USPS & UPS Shipping: 5 to 8 business days for orders over $39.99 and all subscriptions (except Hawaii and Alaska).
• Orders under $39.99 without a subscription have shipping calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to Europe, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• USPS: 7 to 21 business days.
• UPS: 3 to 8 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dr. Emma is not responsible for these charges.

Order Status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Address Changes:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Address changes after an order has been shipped may incur additional charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 7 days of delivery.
